Logout/off with Windows auth and impersonate

Hi Cem-

Running a new install of 4.0 on IIS7/Server 2008. The logins are persisting through browser closes; is there a way to end a login when the tab and/or browser is closed, or to re-enable the logout button when Windows auth and impersonate are used?
