Ability To Browse All/Any "My Computer" folder

Hi,

Is there any way to use your control to enable this kind of functionality.
(kind of web based  Windows Explorer not limited to root folder)

As part of larger project our requirement is to allow end user choose any file locally or on the network and uplaod chose file to some remote FTP
