Error when adding users

The Statement has been terminated.
Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'PasswordModifiedTime', table FileVista.dbo.User; column does not allow nulls. Insert fails.

We did try to recently upgrade but was unsuccessful and decided to hold off.

It seems you have changed the database structure, please change "PasswordModifiedTime" column to allow nulls
