When I first login to a page (using IE 7 on Win XP SP 2), the button gets greyed out and my "password manager" box pops up. When I click "no" to save the password, the login form just sits there. If I refresh the page, it goes to the file manager. This doesn't seem to happen on Firefox. Is there a workaround from this happening?
Thanks,
Ryan

The login problems (due to browser caching) were fixed in v3.1.

Which is an update we must pay for correct? So in order to obtain the fix for a product we have already purchased, we have to pay for it again?

Hi Derek,
No, we don't charge for minor updates. This means when you purchase a v3.x license, you get the updates for free till next major version which is v4.0.
Do you have a version before v3.0?

Derek,
Actually the problem in question is specific to v3.x.
By the way, the latest version you can upgrade to freely is v2.9.1. I have sent you the download link via email.
